1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between R F Kalaster Classes (the registered commercial entity and Company, operating under the educational brand name and trademark "Cluster Classes", hereinafter referred to as "Company", "the Institute", "we", "us", or "our"), headquartered at E-116 First Floor, Near Police Station, Left Side Abul Fazal Enclave Part-2, Shaheen Bagh-Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025, and the enrolled student ("Student") or their parent/legal guardian ("Guardian").
Brand & Trademark Clarification: "Cluster Classes" is the educational brand name and trademark owned and operated by R F Kalaster Classes. The company provides coaching, classroom teaching, academic test series, and study materials under this brand identity.
Minor Students (Below 18 Years): For students enrolled in Class 3rd through 12th who are minors, these Terms must be agreed to by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for compliance with all payment obligations, code of conduct, and disciplinary policies.
Adult Learners & Aspirants: Students aged 18 years or older enrolled in dropper batches, competitive entrance programs (NEET, JEE, CUET, JMI/AMU), or civil service foundation courses confirm that they possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement independently.
2. Educational Programs & Batch Structure
Cluster Classes delivers coaching through two primary modes:
A. Offline Classroom Programs
Conducted at our dedicated physical centre (E-116 First Floor, Near Police Station, Abul Fazal Enclave Part-2, Shaheen Bagh, New Delhi). To maintain exceptional teaching quality, batches are strictly restricted to 15–20 students maximum per batch. Includes in-person faculty instruction, daily doubt counter sessions, printed modules, and offline OMR-based test series.
B. Live Interactive Online Programs
Conducted via secure virtual classrooms featuring two-way live audio/video interaction, digital whiteboard explanations, recorded lecture access for missed sessions, digital assignment submissions, and weekly online mock assessments.
Program Adjustments: While we adhere strictly to the published academic calendar, Cluster Classes reserves the right to reschedule specific lectures or reassign subject faculty due to unforeseen exigencies, national holidays, government advisory notices, or teacher medical emergencies, ensuring compensatory makeup sessions are provided.
3. Student Enrollment & Portal Accounts
- Accurate Information: Students and guardians must furnish authentic, accurate contact details, academic background, and valid identification during enrollment.
- Non-Transferability: An admission, student ID card, or digital portal login is strictly personal to the registered student and cannot be assigned, transferred, loaned, or shared with another individual.
- Credential Confidentiality: Students must maintain strict confidentiality of their portal passwords and OTPs. Any unauthorized activity originating from a student's login remains the responsibility of the account holder.
4. Fees, Payment Schedules & PayU Gateway
Fee Structure: Course fees, registration charges, and applicable installment schedules are clearly communicated before admission and reflected on official enrollment forms and our website checkout pages.
Digital Payment Processing via PayU
All online payments—including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and internet banking—are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, PayU Payments Private Limited ("PayU"). Once a transaction is confirmed by PayU, an automated digital receipt and transaction ID are generated.
Billing Statement Descriptor: Please note that transactions completed through PayU will appear under our registered legal entity name "R F Kalaster Classes" (or "PayU*RF Kalaster Classes") on your bank passbook, card statement, or UPI apps. For bank charges, UPI timeouts, or duplicate deductions, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Installment Timelines: If opted for an installment payment plan, subsequent installment dates must be honored strictly by the agreed deadline. Failure to clear installments within 7 calendar days of the due date may lead to temporary suspension of classroom entry or online portal access until dues are cleared.
Offline Payments: Payments made in person at our Shaheen Bagh centre must be supported by an official printed, stamped receipt issued by our admission desk under the name of R F Kalaster Classes.
5. Intellectual Property & Study Material Rights
All academic notes, study modules, question banks, sample papers, video lectures, test solutions, and trademarked assets (including "Cluster Classes" and "Be A Genius By A Genius") are the exclusive intellectual property of the legal entity R F Kalaster Classes.
- Study materials and online recordings are licensed solely for the enrolled student's individual personal study.
- Strictly Prohibited: Commercial copying, photocopying for non-students, screen-recording video lectures, sharing login credentials, or leaking PDFs and test papers on external platforms (such as Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive, or YouTube).
- Any student or entity found violating these intellectual property rights faces immediate termination of admission with forfeiture of fees, alongside civil and criminal proceedings under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.
6. Code of Conduct & Classroom Discipline
Cluster Classes maintains a disciplined, respectful, and encouraging learning environment. All students must adhere to the following standards:
Offline Classroom Etiquette (Shaheen Bagh)
- Arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled batch time. Late arrivals disrupt teaching.
- Mobile phones must be switched to silent and kept inside bags throughout the lecture duration.
- Show utmost respect to teachers, batch coordinators, and fellow batchmates. Ragging, bullying, abusive language, or physical aggression is strictly prohibited (Zero Tolerance).
- Maintain centre property, desks, whiteboards, and equipment. Any intentional vandalism will be charged to the student's guardian.
Online Classroom & Chat Etiquette
- Join live sessions with your registered real name and student ID. Pseudonyms are not permitted.
- The live chat box is reserved strictly for academic doubts and answering teacher queries. Spamming, posting memes, inappropriate comments, or sharing external links will lead to an immediate chat ban or session expulsion.
- Keep microphones muted unless called upon by the faculty member to speak.
7. Attendance, Punctuality & Leave Protocol
Regularity is crucial for conceptual mastery and top ranks.
- Students are expected to maintain at least 85% attendance across all enrolled subjects.
- In case of medical emergency or unavoidable absence, parents must notify the batch coordinator via phone or WhatsApp in advance.
- Attendance logs are maintained daily; unauthorized absences exceeding 3 consecutive days will trigger an automated alert to the parent/guardian.
8. Academic Performance & Result Disclaimer
Cluster Classes provides high-caliber teaching, experienced mentors, structured test series, and comprehensive study notes. However, academic success in competitive examinations (such as NEET, JEE, CUET, JMI, AMU, and Board Exams) is multifactorial and depends heavily on individual student diligence, self-study hours, exam-day temperament, and evaluation criteria of independent examination bodies.

9. Suspension & Termination of Admission
Cluster Classes reserves the unilateral right to suspend or permanently expel a student from offline classrooms or online portals under the following circumstances:
- Severe misconduct, harassment, bullying, or disruption of classroom learning.
- Intellectual property infringement, recording lectures, or selling course materials.
- Persistent non-payment of agreed fee installments after due notices.
- Furnishing falsified age or qualification certificates during admission.
In cases of termination resulting from disciplinary violations or fraud, paid fees shall be forfeited in full.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, R F Kalaster Classes (operating under the brand name Cluster Classes), its proprietors, educators, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from internet downtime, power disruptions, server maintenance by cloud providers, payment gateway delays via PayU, or changes made by official examination authorities (e.g. NTA, CBSE, JMI) to exam dates or syllabus. In any event, the aggregate liability of R F Kalaster Classes for any proven claim shall not exceed the actual tuition fee paid by the student for the specific affected course term.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, construed, and governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, student admission, or services, the competent courts located in New Delhi, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction.
