1. Policy Overview & Transparent Admissions
At Cluster Classes, our academic framework is built around small batch sizes (15–20 students per batch) to ensure intensive one-on-one mentorship, rigorous concept drills, and personalized doubt resolution. Because classroom seats and faculty allocations are strictly capped, seat commitments directly impact batch scheduling and infrastructure overhead.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines the transparent terms governing admissions, cancellations, physical study material returns, and PayU payment reversals. By paying an admission fee, registration token, or course installment, you agree to the conditions stated below.
2. Free 2-Day Trial Class Advantage
To prevent buyer remorse and ensure mutual satisfaction, Cluster Classes invites all prospective students to attend our 2-Day Demo / Trial Sessions across both Offline (Shaheen Bagh centre) and Online batches:
- Trial classes are provided at zero registration cost.
- Students can observe teacher explanations, blackboard derivations, question-solving pace, and classroom discipline firsthand.
- Parents can discuss batch timings and verify that the schedule harmonizes with school hours before paying any course fee.
3. Offline Classroom Batches Policy (Shaheen Bagh Centre)
For admissions into offline classroom coaching (Class 3rd–12th Foundation & Boards, NEET UG, IIT JEE, and Central University Entrances):
Cancellation Prior to Batch Commencement Date
Eligible for RefundIf a written cancellation request is submitted via email at least 5 calendar days prior to the officially scheduled batch commencement date, a refund of the tuition fee will be granted, after deducting a non-refundable administrative & seat allocation charge of ₹1,000.
Withdrawal Within 7 Days of Batch Start
Partial Pro-Rata RefundIf a student requests withdrawal within the first 7 calendar days of batch launch due to genuine medical or relocation emergencies, a pro-rata tuition refund may be considered after deducting attended classes, administrative fees, and the cost of printed study modules already handed over.
Withdrawal After 7 Days of Batch Start
Strictly Non-RefundableOnce a batch has progressed beyond 7 days, no refunds or fee adjustments can be provided under any circumstances, as the reserved seat cannot be filled mid-session without disrupting class harmony.
4. Online Live & Recorded Courses
- Digital Content Activation: Once a student account is activated on our online learning portal and access to lecture video recordings, doubt archives, or digital question banks has been utilized, the course is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
- Pre-Activation Cancellation: If an online course was purchased mistakenly and the student has not accessed or logged into the portal, a full refund (minus PayU gateway processing fees) can be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
5. Physical Study Material & Book Replacement
Cluster Classes provides specialized printed theory modules, formula cheat-sheets, and practice workbooks:
- Defective / Misprinted Material: If you receive printed study books with missing pages, binding defects, or physical transit damage, please report it within 5 calendar days of receipt. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement copy free of cost.
- General Returns: Printed study materials that have been written in, highlighted, torn, or used are strictly ineligible for return or refund.
6. Technical Errors & PayU Duplicate Payments
In the rare event of a network glitch, bank server lag, or UPI connection timeout where your bank account or card is debited twice for the same enrollment order, the duplicate charge will be reversed 100% without any deduction.
To report an accidental duplicate transaction:
- Email our admissions team at info@clusterclasses.com or WhatsApp +91 7291878414 within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide your student name, registered phone number, date of payment, and the PayU Transaction ID / Bank Reference Number (UTR).
- Upon verification in our PayU merchant ledger, approved reversals are initiated immediately and credited back to the original funding source within 5 to 7 working days (subject to standard bank clearing cycles).
7. Non-Refundable Fee Components
The following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) or statutory levies remitted to revenue authorities.
- Registration and admission processing charges.
- Mock test evaluation fees once test papers or OMR sheets have been graded.
- Study materials and books that have already been dispatched or collected.
- Any late fee charges or bank interest accrued on delayed installment payments.
8. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be formally submitted in writing to maintain clear accounting documentation:
