1. Offline Centre Rules (Shaheen Bagh Centre)
All students attending classroom programs at our Shaheen Bagh centre (E-116 First Floor, Near Police Station, Abul Fazal Enclave Part-2, New Delhi) must abide by the following campus discipline:
2. Reporting Times & Punctuality
Arrival Window: Students must arrive at the centre 10 minutes prior to the scheduled batch start time to settle down and review the previous day's formula sheets.
Late Entry Restriction: Students arriving more than 10 minutes past the commencement of a lecture will not be allowed inside the classroom without prior permission from the batch coordinator, to prevent disturbing the teacher's flow of concept explanation.
Attendance Alerts: An automated attendance registry is taken within the first 15 minutes of each lecture. Unexcused absence triggers an immediate notification to the parent's registered mobile number.
3. Essential Study Kit & Notebook Checklist
Every student must carry the required academic materials to every single class:
Standard NCERT textbook for the scheduled subject (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social Science) plus the official Cluster Classes module.
Separate class-work notebooks for each subject. Mixing Physics derivations with Chemistry notes in a single rough register is strictly discouraged.
A pocket diary or formula register for daily memorization of mathematical identities, physical constants, chemical reactions, and biology nomenclature.
Blue/black ballpoint pens, highlighters, pencils, eraser, and geometry box for graphs and ray diagrams.
4. Mobile Phone & Electronic Gadgets Policy
Mobile phones must be switched to Silent Mode (Not Vibrate) and kept inside backpacks upon entering the classroom.
- Checking social media, gaming, texting, or taking phone calls during lectures is strictly forbidden.
- If a student is caught using a mobile phone during a lecture, the device will be safely confiscated by the teacher and returned only to the parent at the end of the day.
- In case of family emergency, parents should directly call our centre front desk at 7291878414 to relay urgent messages.
5. In-Person Faculty Doubt Hours (4:00 PM – 6:30 PM)
Every day between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday), subject teachers are available at our dedicated doubt counters to provide one-on-one conceptual clarification.
- Students should mark questions in advance in their study modules before approaching the counter.
- Doubt counters operate on a token/queue system so every student gets dedicated, patient faculty attention.
- Online students can submit doubts via WhatsApp or our student portal, which are addressed in special weekly live doubt sessions.
6. Online Interactive Batches Protocol
For students attending live online sessions:
Ensure a stable internet connection (broadband / 4G+ with at least 5–10 Mbps speed). Use headphones or a headset with a clear mic to eliminate ambient background noise.
Always join using your registered student name and roll number. Anonymous or nickname logins will be removed from the virtual classroom.
The chat box is meant for academic queries and answering teacher prompts. Spamming or irrelevant comments will lead to a temporary chat mute or removal from the session.
If you miss a live session due to unavoidable reasons, recorded video archives are made available in your portal within 24 hours.
7. Weekly Tests & OMR Assessment Protocol
Testing is a non-negotiable pillar of our coaching system. Periodic evaluations take place every Sunday:
- Mandatory Attendance: Absence from scheduled Sunday tests is not permitted without a written medical note from parents submitted at least 24 hours prior.
- NEET & JEE Foundation: Mock tests for medical and engineering batches are conducted using official-pattern OMR answer sheets to train students in speed, time management, and error-free bubbling.
- Score Reports: Graded answer scripts with question-by-question analytics and rank distributions are shared with parents within 48 hours of test completion.
8. Parent-Teacher Updates & Progress Review
We partner closely with parents to nurture the student's holistic development:
Monthly Progress Meetings (PTMs): Organized on designated weekends to discuss academic progress, test report cards, and focus areas with subject faculty.
Counselor Availability: Parents are welcome to visit our Shaheen Bagh centre or schedule a telephonic consultation with academic coordinators between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on weekdays.
9. Fee Deadlines & PayU Transaction Receipts
- Digital Payments via PayU: Students and parents paying online should ensure payments are processed through our official portal via PayU. Keep a screenshot of the PayU confirmation message and transaction ID (UTR).
- Fee Receipt Preservation: Always preserve your digital or physical fee receipt until the end of the academic session.
- Installment Reminders: Installment reminders are sent 7 days in advance via SMS and WhatsApp. Please ensure timely clearance to avoid disruption in student portal access.
