Our classroom programs (conducted at our Shaheen Bagh centre, New Delhi) and live online classes are designed to build foundational conceptual clarity, improve problem-solving speed, and provide disciplined preparation for school boards and entrance tests. 2. No Guarantee of Ranks, Scores, or Selection

While Cluster Classes prides itself on dedicated faculty, small batch focus (15–20 students max), and verified past student achievements:

• We do not guarantee or promise any specific rank, percentile, minimum mark, or seat allocation in any competitive entrance exam (such as NEET UG, IIT JEE, CUET UG, JMI, AMU) or board examinations.
• Academic outcomes depend predominantly on individual student discipline, consistent practice, attendance regularity, self-study commitment, and exam-day performance.
• Testimonials, scorecards, and success stories featured on our website or promotional flyers represent past accomplishments of specific students and do not guarantee equivalent outcomes for future enrolled students.

4. Accuracy of Syllabus, Dates & Cutoffs

Our academic coordinators make every reasonable effort to keep curriculum syllabi, examination patterns, previous years’ cutoffs, and application dates updated on our portal.

However, examination bodies periodically revise eligibility criteria, question formats, and application deadlines. Students and parents are strongly advised to cross-verify all official notifications directly on the official websites of the respective examination authorities (e.g. nta.ac.in, neet.nta.nic.in, jeemain.nta.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, jmicoe.in). Cluster Classes shall not be liable for candidate oversights regarding official exam deadlines.

The brand name Cluster Classes, our logo, course titles, proprietary lesson plans, study booklets, and the tagline "Be A Genius By A Genius" are the intellectual property of Cluster Classes.

Other institutional logos, third-party trademarks, and university names mentioned on our platform remain the exclusive property of their respective statutory bodies and are utilized here under fair-use educational nomination.

6. Website & Online Portal Availability

We endeavor to ensure uninterrupted access to our website and student portal. However, access may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for routine maintenance, security patches, or server upgrades.

Cluster Classes cannot be held responsible for localized internet disruptions, low ISP bandwidth, power outages, device incompatibilities, or technical failures outside our immediate server control.

7. Third-Party Links & PayU Gateways

Our platform utilizes third-party tools such as PayU for payment gateway services and may link to external educational resources. Cluster Classes exercises no editorial control over third-party platforms and assumes no responsibility for external content, banking transaction timeouts, or third-party privacy practices.

8. Offline Safety & Campus Decorum

Cluster Classes maintains clean, well-monitored classrooms at our Shaheen Bagh centre (E-116 First Floor, Near Police Station, Abul Fazal Enclave Part-2, New Delhi). Students must follow the institute's security guidelines, respect staff, and take care of their personal belongings (bags, mobile phones, books). The institute cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the premises.
